well perhaps to odex. downloading anime is just like
shoplifting, so they happily use that to scare people.
i'm not sure whether you can bring this matter to the court.
and 1 point raised was that, it seems that if you bring the case to
court, you'll probably end up spending more, and maybe even not
winning.
but u get odex to waste money, and the damages awarded to them by
thecourt may even be lesser then the 3k fines.
i think they're scared.
